Why did Fuutarou marry Yotsuba

Fuutaro choses Yotsuba because she's the first one who supports (something that can already be debated because while Yotsuba is the only one who opens up to him, it's truly Miku who first agrees to study with him, but that's not a problem).

Why did Fuutarou choose Yotsuba : Yotsuba was first girl all along in so many ways. The bride said she never thought this would happen, just as Yotsuba said she didn't think he'd choose her, and Fuutarou thanked the bride for always being by his side, which is what Yotsuba did from day 1.

Miku Was Always on Futaro's Side

The other quints — especially Ichika, Nino, and Itsuki — were somewhat in opposition to Futaro's personality. It took a while for Nino and Itsuki to acknowledge him and they pretty much gave him a tough time. On the other hand, Miku was more or less on his side from the beginning.

Miku is more in line with him, and her presence in Quintessential Quintuplets always feels effortless.At the end of Miku's arc she kissed Fuutarou. A joyous occasion that I celebrated but something about didn't really sit right with me.Yotsuba arguably makes the best teasing expressions throughout the entire anime and manga, even beating Ichika. Because she's a wild card and you can never tell what she's thinking when she does make these expressions, there's always an allure to them, on top of her usually innocent and airheaded demeanor.

Yousuke Koiwai

When his neighbor Fuuka asks, he tells her that he found Yotsuba while visiting a foreign country and decided to adopt her and bring her back to Japan, with no further details. Although he often casually tells people that Yotsuba is a weirdo, he can be very offbeat and silly himself.

Neither Miku nor Rin have any backstory or really any character development, as they are mascots of their voicebanks. In most songs made by users, they are shown as close friends, some even making them lovers.

Miku is the second Nakano Quintuplets who directly or indirectly confesses to Fuutarou. The first is Yotsuba (but she played it off as a joke). This is the second Miku's chapter with the theme of "Confession." The first is Chapter 3, titled "Rooftop Confession."During one point of the series, she dresses as the girl from the photo, nicknaming herself "Rena" (after her mother) and meeting with Futaro in the present to sever ties with him and forcing him to move on from their promise.
